PRATT – A 33-year-old Sawyer man was taken to Pratt Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries which were not thought to be life threatening, around 4 p-m, Wednesday afternoon.

Pratt County Sheriff Officials tell Eagle Radio that Jason Rinehart was northbound on U-S 281 when a deer came out of the south ditch into the path of his pickup, and he struck the deer causing it to go through his windshield.

The accident occurring around 4:00 p-m, on U.S. Highway 281, about 7-miles south of Pratt.
