KINGMAN – A 56-year-old Kingman woman was taken to a Wichita hospital after a one vehicle accident along U-S 54 on Tuesday.

Katherine Lindsey was eastbound in the left lane when her left tire blew. She then lost contriol of the Ford Ranger she was driving, skid sideways and rolled into the south ditch. She was wearing a seat-belt, but was still injured bad enough to be transported to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

The accident occurring just before 3:30 p-m, about 5-miles east of Kingman.
