A 51-year-old Nashville, Kansas man was taken to a Pratt hospital after a one vehicle accident south of Cunningham in Kingman County Monday morning.

Injured was Dale Panek, who was eastbound on southwest 90th Street and for an unknown reason, the throttle on his motorcycle got stuck and as he attempted to break, his motorcycle went into a slide.

He was not wearing a helmet according to the Kansas Highway Patrol, and was transported to Pratt Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

The accident occurring just after 10 a-m, 10 miles south of Cunningham.
