A 35-year-old Hutchinson man was taken to jail early Wednesday after he allegedly forced his way into one of the apartments at the Clusters in the 1400 block of East 23 rd.

Mario Morales Jr., is then allegedly to have battered the resident as well as another male in what appears to be a domestic case. Morales then allegedly took some personal property from the victim.

He was later stopped by police in the 200 block of Hyde Park. They say they found the personal property on him, and he was taken to jail on several charges.

That includes, robbery-domestic violence, violation of a protection from abuse order, criminal trespass, criminal damage, battery-domestic violence, and battery.

He managed to post bond meaning he will most likely make a first court appearance sometime next week.
