HARPER – A 19-year-old Burlington, Colorado man was taken to a Wichita Hospital Sunday after a two vehicle accident in Harper County.

According to the Kansas Highway Partrol, Riley Otis, Holmes was eastbound on 120 Road, and failed to stop at a stop sign at K-4. His vehicle then struck a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Michael Inslee of Attica.

Holmes was taken to Via-Cristi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita for treatment, while Inslee and his passenger, 24-year-old Loyd Robinson also of Attica were taken to a hospital in Anthony.

The accident occurring about around 7:20 p-m Sunday evening, 2-miles northeast of Harper.
