A 35-year-old Hutchinson business man arrested back on June 19 on drug distribution charges was arrested again Monday morning, but is again free on a 75-thousand dollar bond.
According to Reno County Sheriff Officials, at around 11a-m Monday, members of the Reno County Sheriffs Office arrested Jason Hadley, of 2900 Acres Road., Apt 121, on suspicion of 3-counts of the sale of methamphetamine. The sales occurring over the last 10 days.
Hadley’s previous case is still pending action on a waiver-status docket.
Hadley who owns Caribbean Tan in Hutchinson has been free on a 29-thousand dollar bond in the first case for allegedly being in possession of steroids, in fact there were allegedly 16-glass bottles inside his apartment. A search of a vehicle he was in led to the discovery of a flashlight. Inside was allegedly a baggie containing 18-grams of ice methamphetamine, and they also found one Diazapam pill, not in any bottle, inside the apartment.
Hadley in that case is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell within a 1,000 feet of Holly Cross School, possession of steroids with intent to sell, possession of the pill, and no drug tax stamp.
Hadleys bond on the 3 new counts is set at $75,000.00, and again he was able to post that bond.
The arrest Monday was made in the 300 block of East Bigger.
