Two men indicted on drug related charges in federal court.

Two Wichita men have been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges associated with the distribution of drugs in McPherson County.

21-year-old Anthonio A. Quach, and 21-year-old Eduardo L. Mora, are charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one count of unlawful possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a user of controlled substances. The crimes are alleged to have occurred August 17, 2011.

If convicted, they face a maximum penalty of 20-years and a fine up to 1-million dollars on the marijuana charge, not less than five years and not more than life on the charge of unlawful possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and a maximum penalty of 10-years and a fine up to 250-thousand on the charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by users of a controlled substance.
