A Hutchinson couple who entered the the local Wal-Mart and began to engage in sexual activity were in Hutchinson Municipal Court where they entered not guilty pleas and then asked for court appointed attorney’s.

City Prosecutor Mike Robinson telling us that he’s not seeking jail time for the incident, and therefore isn’t sure they would qualify for an attorney.

22-year-old Julian Call and 35-year-old Tina Gianakon, allegedly grabbed a sexual lubricant from the shelf and began conducting lewd conduct involving fondling of each other, this at the Hutchinson Wal-Mart.

In addition, the arrest and court complaints accuse the two of engaging “in sexual intercourse or sodomy with any person with knowledge or reasonable anticipation that the participants are being viewed by another.”

The two are charged with misdemeanor theft and lewd and lascivious conduct.

The case will come up later at a future municipal court hearing.
