Accident Sends Pretty Prairie Man To Local Hospital

A 39-year-old Pretty Prairie Man was taken to the hospital early Monday morning after a one vehicle roll-over accident.

It was around 12:26 a-m, when Reno County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 2006 W Pretty Prairie Rd., for a one vehicle rollover crash.

A 1997 Ford Ranger driven by Carlis Hopkins was traveling east on when he swerved to miss a bird. The vehicle then went into the north ditch going over a culvert before rolling 2-times in the ditch.

Hopkins was transported to Hutch Regional Medical Center with non life threatening injuries. He was transported with reported serious injuries.

He was also wearing his seatbelt.
