Three men were in court Wednesday morning on charges associated with car burglaries reported in the Hutchinson area.
23-year-old Davis. Verrette of 706 W. 11TH, 50-year-old Roberta Mitcham, of 1101 N. MAPLE, in McPherson and 27-year-old Frankie D. Brown, of 424 N. SWEDONIA, in Marquette, report someone entering their vehicles and taking items while they were parked at F & Monroe.
19-year-old Nolan Chance White of 428 East A was arrested on three counts of auto burglary and two counts of theft. He made an appearance before Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen where bond was set at 17-thousand dollars.
20-year-old Bryson Paul Allen of 1401 East 23rd, Apt. 254 was arrested for one count of burglary, two counts of theft, criminal trespass, and violation of a protection from abuse order. His bond set at 18-thousand, 500-dollars.
And 20-year-old Tyler Ford of 502 West B was arrested for one count of auto burglary, and two counts of theft. His bond set at 17-thousand dollars.
All three men will be back in court on August 22, or whenever the state files formal charges.
