One of three suspects in a string of burglaries involving vehicles belonging to law enforcement, public officials or their family members, and other area residents had a pre-trial hearing Friday.

19-year-old Sheridan Kiraly was able to get his trial pushed back about a month during the hearing. It was scheduled for October, and now will be held around the middle of November.

Kiraly is charged with 16-counts of burglary in case with 21-year-old Victor Smith, and 18-year-old Madison Smalling.

Smalling was able to make bond after her initial arrest and is charged with 10-counts of auto burglary. She still awaits a preliminary hearing.

Smith is also awaiting trial in this case, as well as a previous drug case where he’s charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package, personal use drug paraphernalia and no tax stamp.

Smith and Kiraly are both jailed on fairly high bonds. Smith at 75-thousand, and Kiraly at 100-hundred thousand.
