NEWTON – A 17-year-old Hesston man was taken to a Wichita hospital after a one vehicle accident in Harvey County Sunday night.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Christopher Horn was northbound on Emma Creek Road and for an unknown reason, his vehicle enter the west ditch and rolled one time.

Horn was not wearing a seat-belt and was taken to Via-Cristi St. Francis Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

The accident occurring just before 7 p.m. Sunday about 4 miles west of Newton.
