A car / motorcycle accident on K-96 Saturday night sent a 29-year-old man to a Wichita hospital.

18-year-old Gentry M. Roberts of Burrton was southbound on Burmack Road, and attempted to turn east of K-96. Her vehicle then struck the front of a motorcycle as it also attempted to turn eastbound on K-96. That according to a Kansas Highway Patrol report.

Khoa M. Nguyen of Wichita was transported to Via-Cristi St. Francis Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries. He was wearing helmet according to the report.

The accident occurring around 9:30 p.m, near Mt. Hope.
