A fire in the laundry room at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center forced the evacuation of a number of guests this morning. Battalion

Fire Chief Rex Albright says the fire was contained to a dryer vent.

No injuries reported. Those displaced, stayed in the hotels lobby until the smoke was cleared. The fire was reported around 8:20 a.m.
