Garfield, Kan. – An 18-year-old Rozel man was killed in a one vehicle accident in Pawnee County Tuesday.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Brant A. Colglazier was southbound on 200th Avenue and began to loose control on the sandy road.

According to the patrol report, he left the roadway at least two times, then came back on the road and struck a light pole. His GMC pickup then continued out of control into the east ditch, rolling the truck at least twice. The vehicle came to rest facing southwest on the passenger side.

The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident occurring around 7:11 a-m, Tuesday morning near the intersection of 200 th Avenue and F Road, a mile southwest of the town of Garfield.
