Topeka Man Sentenced To Federal Prison on Crack Cocaine Charge

TOPEKA – A 33-year-old Topeka man has been sentenced to federal prison on a crack cocaine charge.

Howard Wayne Taylor, Jr., 33, of Topeka was sentenced to 63-months. He pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.

In his plea, he admitted he possessed crack cocaine and two firearms when police stopped him on Oct. 12, 2011, in Topeka.
