An internal communication error with one of the district’s phone carriers resulted in service being cut to some USD 308 facilities today.

As a result, you may get the message “Sorry, the number you dialed is not a working number.”

The only student attendance facility with the issue is the Alternative Learning Program in the former Grandview School. The ALP number is 620-694-5855.

If you should dial that number and get the AT&T recording, please call a temporary number for the ALP facility – 620-200-5148.

While the service is expected to be restored today, the district has received no guarantees when the phones will be operational.

The outage should not impact any of the district’s 615 prefix numbers.
