The survey to get the public views the plans to construct a new jail, move four county departments to the jail annex building, provide security to the courthouse, and remodel the existing jail to be used for law enforcement purposes got underway Wednesday, according to County Administrator Gary Meagher.

The company, Patron Insight, Inc. was hired by the county to make the calls. Citizen’s of the county may receive a call regarding the survey. However, Meagher says Patron Insight contracts with another company to make the calls, so the person calling does not actually work for Patron Insight.

The introduction that will be used by the calling team is below. As far as the caller ID, it might be either Market Research Associates, or it could be an individual’s name. They have a phone room, but also allow their staff members to make calls from their homes, if it works out better for their schedule (and to keep the calling on schedule). The area codes will either be 913 or 816.
