HAVEN – One person was taken to the hospital in Hutchinson after a two vehicle accident at the K-96 and Haven Road intersection.

Injured was 41-year-old Brenda Goodwin of Hutchinson. She was transported to Promise Regional Medical Center in Hutchinson. Her vehicle was struck in the passenger side door when a pickup driven by 64-year-old Bernard Hiebert of Hutchinson. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, he was northbound on Haven Rd, had stopped at the stop sign, then entered the intersection striking Goodwin’s vehicle.

Niether he nor his passenger, 59-year-old Ralph Hiebert also of Hutchinson were injured.

The accident occurring just after 11:00 a-m Tuesday morning.
