After a mild spring-like day with highs in the 50s and 60s on Friday, a strong cold front will sweep across the area Friday night.
The front will usher in much colder air for the remainder of the weekend with highs struggling to climb out of the 20s across portions of the area.
A slight chance of light snow or flurries will also be possible across far southeast Kansas and Missouri late Saturday night and early Sunday.
