UPDATE:
HAYS – The body of Citlatli Armendariz was found Monday afternoon.
Ellis County Sheriff Ed Harbin says the 18-year-old, who had been missing since Saturday night, was found between 3:00 and 3:30 pm near trees along the creek, south of Hays on the west side of Highway 183.
Law enforcement is processing the scene. The death is under investigation.
ORIGINAL Sunday 6:30pm: The Ellis County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a missing teen. 18-year-old Citlatli Armendariz was last seen around 9:30 Saturday night in the 1100 Block of 250th Avenue. She left a party and has not been seen since.
