A 38-year-old Hutchinson man was found unconscious Monday evening after a roll-over crash in the county. James M. Davis was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center where he was apparently treated for his injuries and released.
It was reported shortly before 6:30 p-m, when Haven EMS and other emergency personnel responded to the one vehicle rollover crash just northwest of the City of Haven and north of the K&O Railway, along K-96.
When they arrived, they found a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, had been north bound on K-96, when the vehicle left the roadway, jumped the railroad tracks, and rolled multiple times coming to rest right side up. Davis was not wearing a seat belt, so he was very lucky that he wasn’t injured worse then he was.
Sheriff Officials tell us the crash is still under investigation.
