Preston and Robert Raigoza

The two Hutchinson men arrested in the early morning hours of March 30, after allegedly taking a bag of cash from an employee of the Dickinson Theatre at 1500 East 11th, were in court Friday where they were read the formal complaint against them.

25-year-old Robert Raigoza and Preston Riagoza are now both charged with robbery, a level five person felony.

The robbery allegedly occurring while the employee was at Central Bank & Trust at 1330 East 17th. The two were arrested in the 2100 block of North Lorraine, that early Saturday morning

The incident reported to police around 12:40 a-m.

In court, both indicated they would try to hire their own attorney’s and will be back in court for status hearing on April 17.

Both are free on bonds of 10-thousand dollars.
