Once again, a hearing for a Hutchinson man charged in a child sex case has been continued.
The preliminary hearing for Henry Davidson had been continued back in March because of a mistake in getting the states witnesses subpoenaed.
It was scheduled to go Wednesday in front of Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen, but he informed Eagle Radio that it was continued again.
Davidson is charged with rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated criminal sodomy for allegedly molesting the 10-year daughter of a Hutchinson woman he was living with.
The sexual abuse is alleged to have been going on in a time range of August of 2006 through part of last year.
The hearing will be rescheduled again at some point, but no date has been announced.
