A Hutchinson man was taken to a Wichita hospital over the weekend after a motorcycle accident.

Hutchinson Police report that 27-year-old Douglas Cox was injured in the crash which occurred about 10:45 p-m, Saturday night. He apparently lost control of his motorcycle in the 1600 block of East Blanchard.

Cox was taken by Eagle Med helicopter to Wesley Medical Center for treatment where is was listed in serious condition Monday.
