A Stafford woman who entered a plea to a conspiracy to commit identity theft charge and also sentenced in a drug case could be going to prison if the state has their way.
Kasey Pisoni made the plea agreement with the condition that she testify against the other two involved in the conspiracy, that being murder suspect Billy Craig Jr., and Kylie Hartman. The case against Craig is still pending while Judge Tim Chambers dropped the charges against Hartman.
The state as part of plea agreement dropped the conspiracy to commit a computer crime against Pisoni and she entered a plea to conspiracy to commit identity fraud.
Judge Joe McCarville gave her 6-months for that charge, then granted 12-months community corrections. She was also given another 18-months community corrections on a 22-month sentence for a conviction of being in possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell for a case that goes back to August 3, 2011.
the state has now filed a motion to revoke her corrections because of 15 allegations including being arrested back on March 31, for possession of meth, testing positive for meth and giving another person’s name to police when confronted in the possession of meth case.
A hearing on the motion to revoke is scheduled for later this week.
Craig is still awaiting trial in three cases against him including charges associated with the killing of Jennifer Heckel.
Pisoni testified in a prior hearing over the computer crime case that it was Craig’s idea, but says it never actually happened. She says they had talked about it, but didn’t know Craig had gotten the licenses until after the fact. As for the checks, she never saw them.
Craig allegedly obtained four fake drivers licenses from someone named J-D in Wichita who allegedly made them. Two had Craig’s picture, but with the names Taylor O’Neal and Chris McDonald on them, both supposedly from Wichita. Then the name Tawny Lockman were on both the licenses with Hartman and Pisoni’s pictures.
The plan was to use the fake licenses and the fake checks, buy merchandise at various stores around the state, then later take the merchandise back for the cash.
