A 9-month-old infant was injured when the stroller it was in was hit by a pic up Tuesday afternoon.

According to Hutchinson police, 38 year old Dana Blanton of 116 west 6th and her  infant Matiez were crossing the street when the stroller was hit by 31 year old Christopher Holeman of 612 north Elm.

The infant was taken to St. Francis Regional medical center in Wichita.. The accident happened around 6:45 p-m, in the 200 block of west 6th street near Dillon’s.
