Hutch Man Arrested For Financial Crimes Formally Charged

A Hutchinson man accused of numerous counts including auto burglary, forgery and criminal use of a financial card, theft was in court Tuesday morning for the formal reading of charges against him.

Joshua Robert Mann now faces six counts of forgery for forging someone’s name on their checks.

He also charged with using two financial cards belonging to two different individuals at various stores. Some for an amount as small as 6-dollars to another as large of 605-dollars. That was at Aldi’s Grocery Store. Others were at local convenience stores and one liquor store. That includes six counts of criminal use of a financial card.

Mann was arrested by Hutchinson Police back on May 1, after an investigation by police.

With him being formally charged, his case will move to a future waiver-status docket.
