A 26-year-old Hutchinson man made an appearance Tuesday morning on two felony counts involving a domestic situation which occurred on April 8.

Slade Templeton is free on a 4-thousand dollar bond on charges of aggravated battery and aggravated assault. He is alleged to have injured Sky Templeton with a knife and threatened another at their home in Hutchinson.

He was in court where the formal complaint was read to him by Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen.

With the formal charges in the case filed by the state, that means the case will move to the waiver-status docket on June 4.
