Hutchinson Police report that they have received several reports of a white female with reddish color hair in her mid 30’s to early 40’s driving a pea green ford focus or a silver in color Ford Taurus type vehicle asking for money.

She has been making contact with people at Wal-Mart and the Medical Center asking for money due to what she says is a family emergency in Dodge City or Great Bend.

Due to length of time that this has been occurring and the frequency of complaints, Police believe that she is trying to obtain money under false pretense.

They are asking that you not give the woman money, and call them so they can catch her and confirm her story.
