A 36-year-old Hutchinson man arrested twice for alleged drug sales as well as intimidation of a witness entered guilty pleas pretty much as charged.

Jason Hadley who has sat in the county jail for over a year entered pleas to possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell within a 1,000 feet of a school, possession of anabolic steriods, no tax stamp, two counts of sale of methamphetamine and three counts of unlawful use of a communications device. He also entered pleas in another case to intimidation of a witness and violation of a protection from abuse order.

These alleged transactions occurring on three occasions. All three times. law enforcement used a confidential informant to allegedly meet Hadley for the drug buys. The first was on July 14, the second on July 29, and the third time on July 30 of 2012.

The informant wore a wire each time with Hadley allegedly meeting him and then making the sale. Each time, the informant was given cash by detectives, the first $105.00, the second 200-dollars, and the third 105-dollars. Not all the money was used buying the drugs, with much of it being returned.

A couple of the alleged drug sales were allegedly done near the business that Hadley is associated with, that being Caribbean Tan.

After the third buy, his vehicle was stopped in the 300 block of East Bigger and he was arrested and allegedly drugs found.

With the pleas entered in the case, Hadley will be sentenced on October 4, at 1:30 p-m. Judge Chambers set a special setting believing it may take some time.
