Two elderly residents were transported by Reno County EMS to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center after a one vehicle accident Tuesday morning.

Max Malmstrom apparently lost control of his vehicle and struck a pole in the 300 block of East 17th.

He and his wife 80-year-old Helen were both transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center to be treated for injuries.

The accident occurring around 8:40 a-m, Tuesday morning.
