Sedgwick Man Formally Charged In Aggravated Battery Case

A 21-year-old Sedgwick man who has apparently been living in Hutchinson was formally charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault and criminal restraint.

Bradley Poague is alleged to have thrown a screw driver striking the victim. He’s also alleged that have threatened the same person with the screw driver.

He is also charged with not allowing a Hutchinson woman to exit a vehicle while driving around the city. He had stated in a previous hearing that he wanted to get back to Sedgwick, but had no money and his ex-girl friend who he was apparently staying with wouldn’t take him.
This all occurring Friday morning.

Bond in the case is set at 15-thousand, 500-dollars and the case now moves to a waiver-status docket on October 15.
