A 34-year-old Inman woman was in court Tuesday morning where she was read the formal charges against her involving the alleged sale of drugs.

Christa Martin was arrested after a traffic stop back on October 7, in the 5900 block of North Wilson Road. She was the only one in the vehicle and allegedly under the steering wheel was a brown zipper bag that contained three zip-lock bags with a crystal substance which tested positive for methamphetamine and allegedly totaled around 28-grams. They also allegedly located several glass pipes with meth residue.

Charges include possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell within a 1,000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package, possession of Hydrocodone, no tax stamp and personal use drug paraphernalia.

With formal charges filed, her case will be placed on a future waiver-status docket.
