Hutchinson Parolee Charged In Domestic Case

Lucas Hall 2

A 27-year-old Hutchinson man who was just released from prison back in June made an appearance via-video from the county jail to hear the formal complaint filed by the state against him.

Lucas Hall is charged with three counts of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property.

He’s alleged to have hit a vehicle multiple times with three people inside including his ex-girlfriend, as they tried to get away from him. The incident started on October 15, as they traveled southbound on Maple from 5th. It ended near 4th & Main where he was arrested on the charges. They were apparently trying to get to the law enforcement center. There was damage to the vehicle the three were in as a result of Hall allegedly striking it.

His bond sits at 50-thousand based on the states request.

Hall had been in prison for convictions of attempted kidnapping, aggravated battery, and two counts of aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim, for cases that go back to August and October of 2010.

With the formal charges filed, Hall’s case will be placed on a future waiver-status docket on November 19.
