WICHITA – A 68-year-old Walton woman, Raylene Jean Maloun has been charged in Federal Court with one count of Social Security fraud and one count of theft of government funds. The crimes are alleged to have occurred from November 2004 to March 2011 in Harvey County.

If convicted, she faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to 250-thousand dollars on the social security fraud, and a maximum penalty of 10 years and a fine up to 250-thousand on the theft charge.
