Formal charges have been brought against a Hutchinson man who is accused of pointing a loaded cross bow at a neighbor. 51 year old Jackie Thomas is charged with a single count of aggravated assault stemming from the incident November 2^nd. Thomas pointed the weapon at Shelly King who lives just a few doors down the street from the defendant. No other details were released and there were no injuries, nor was the weapon discharged. Thomas will be back in court for a status hearing November 13^th.
