A Hutchinson teen was injured early Wednesday morning after he was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle.

It happened around 7:20 a-m, when 16-year-old Hunter Whisenant was struck by a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Latricia Dean in the 800 block of East 13th.

The teen was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment.
