One Of Two facing 34-Counts In Drug Case Enters Plea

One of two people arrested on 34- charges associated being in possession of synthetic marijuana, bath salts, and potpourri entered a plea in the case Friday morning.

62-year-old Karen Gregg entered pleas to 9 of the 34-counts and the state dropped the others. They will also recommend probation when she’s sentenced early next year.

The crimes allegedly occurred on November 17, 2011, with the raid occurring at the Corner Store at 1210 E 4th. There were well over 500 individual containers of potpourri with the JWH-210 compound, K2, and other brands of herbal incense, methamphetamine, and fake social security cards, handguns and a large amount of cash that was all seized.

The case against 71-year-old Donald Gregg is still pending. Karen Gregg will be sentenced on January 3 at 10:30 a-m, in front of Judge Tim Chambers.
