A man was taken to a Wichita Hospital by Lifeteam after being hit by a car this morning. According to 911 the 81 year old man was hit at 412 South main in South Hutchinson around 5:41 this morning. EMS responded and took the man to the airport where he was airlifted from there. According to Lifeteam, the man suffered a major fracture to his ankle. His  condition is not known at this time and no name has been released.
