The Unemployment rate for Reno County fell from the previous month.

The jobless rate for the month of November was 4.1% compared with 4.6% in October. It’s also far less that the 5% unemployment in November of last year. The numbers were good in the city as well with a November jobless rate of 5%, down 6/10ths of 1%. The figure is more than a full percentage point less that the same period one year ago when the unemployment rate in the city was at 6.1%.

There were 1,384 unemployed county residents with 1,028 of them living in Hutchinson.
