A Hutchinson man arrested earlier this month on drug charges had a formal complaint read against him in Reno County District court Monday morning. Carl Cunningham is currently free on bond, facing charges of possession of meth and hydrocodone with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, and two counts of no drug tax stamp. Cunningham was arrested December 17^th by drug detectives. He has been in trouble before having served time in prison for various drug charges out of Reno and Sedgwick counties. He was released from prison in 2011. Cunningham will be back in court January 22^nd.
