Preliminary Hearing Set In McPherson County Case Involving Car Accident

We now have a preliminary hearing date for a man accused of felony charges as a result of an accident that injured a McPherson teacher.

McPherson County Attorney David Page says that a preliminary hearing date for Jeffrey Paul Davis has been set for 2:30 p-m, on February 6, at the McPherson County Courthouse.

As we told you Wednesday, he filed charges against Davis, regarding the crash which severely injured Mija Stockman and also injured Pamela Pjesky on December 20, 2013.

He’s charged with two counts of aggravated battery, both felonies and one count of DUI, a class B misdemeanor.

McPherson County Judge, John Klenda, set a bond in the amount of 25-thousand dollars.
