Two people were taken to jail on various charges after an incident at a local fast food restaurant.

31-year-old Robert Prebble of Hutchinson was arrested for interference with law enforcement, criminal damage and two counts of disorderly conduct. 30-year-old Hollie Prebble was arrested for one count of disorderly conduct.

The incident started around 9:45 p-m, with two people inside the Wendy’s at 700 North Main reporting the two being disorderly toward them. An employee of the restaurant told police that Robert Prebble damaged a table during the incident.

No one was injured from the incident and both Prebble’s were advised of criminal trespass at Wendy’s.
