HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 28-year-old Wichita man remains in the Reno County jail for two charges which includes stalking and violation of a protection order against stalking.

Sullivan Holloman was charged by the state for violating the order and believes he may have put the victim in reasonable apprehension of being in danger. The alleged crimes occurring on May 20.

He was read the formal complaint Wednesday morning by Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen and again asked for a reduction of his $3,000 bond, but again was denied because of the nature of the charges and his prior criminal history.

He has served time in prison for robbery, possession of drugs and aggravated escape from custody. That according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.

But, Assistant District Attorney Andrew Davidson has stated in court during the first appearance that he also had cases involving batteries.

His case now moves to a waiver-status docket on June 17.
