HUTCHINSON, Kan. —The Hutchinson/ Reno County Chamber of Commerce says every supervisor needs to learn when and how to write effective employee documentation.

Not only is it an important communication tool between the supervisor and the employee, it also serves as an invaluable document reflecting the employee’s behavior and performance on-the-job. In tomorrows lunch and learn series, Sara Kepely , COO of ProValue LLC will review the types of employee documentation,  when and why to document and how to document for the most effective results.
