A 28-year-old Hutchinson man with a previous felony conviction has been arrested for being in possession of marijuana.

But the more disturbing is the fact that at the time of his arrest, Anthony Treaster was in possession of a shotgun with a barrell less then 18-inches and is designed to fire more then one shot each time you push the trigger.

The arrest coming back on October 30 at a residence at 114 East 5 th and he also faces charges of disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He’s free on a bond of 31-hundred dollars.
