WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — A four-year-old boy has been critically injured after being ejected from a SUV rollover near Wichita.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports the accident happened Sunday morning on Interstate 35. The SUV blew a tire before the driver veered into a ditch and the vehicle rolled.

The patrol reports the boy wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was taken to an area hospital. He is in critical condition.

A 52-year-old man was also hospitalized. The severity of his injuries is unknown. A 44-year-old woman driving the vehicle wasn’t injured.

All three are from Houston.
