HUTCHINSON, Kan. — One person was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center Wednesday afternoon when her vehicle was struck as she attempted to make a left turn. It happened west of Hutchinson on 4th & K-96/K-14.

23-year-old Kren Bowlry of South Hutchinson was westbound on 4th and started to turn left onto the on ramp of the highway when she pulled in front of a vehicle driven by 75-year-old Michael Wray of Hutchinson.

Bowlry was transported to the hospital for treatment while Wray was not injured. The accident occurred just before 5 p.m.
