TOPEKA – A 22-year-old Topeka woman has pleaded guilty to bank robbery.
In her plea, Tracie Bacon admitted that on Aug. 9, she helped co-defendant Vershon Moore rob the Envista Credit Union at 2015 Southwest 10th Street in Topeka.
Bacon was an employee of the bank. She admitted she told Moore details about the operation of the bank and when bank employees were going to fill the ATM.
Moore pleaded guilty in August to the bank robbery. In his plea he admitted he held up two bank employees when they stepped outside the bank carrying cash to refill the ATM machine.
She’s set for sentencing on Feb. 6, while Moore is set for sentencing on Dec. 12.
